WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE EVENT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) IF NO PURCHASE WAS MADE.
