Biography
Chartered Psychologist with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Educational Psychology from University College London (UCL). Honorary Research Fellow at UCL, formerly European Manager for The Psychological Corporation, with a long association with Hogan Assessment Systems. Creator of the Risk Type Compass — a behavioral instrument for understanding individual risk dispositions. Devotes time to research-based consultancy and innovative product development at PCL.
